Guarantee

  1. Emtigo Sp. z o. o. guarantees that the goods supplied by it will meet their specifications at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
  2. Detailed rules regarding the warranty period of individual products offered by Emtigo Sp. z o. o. have been specified in their descriptions available on the company's website: www.emtigo.pl.
  3. The warranty for prints is as follows: for products used outdoors (e.g. flags) - 1 month, for textile prints used indoors - 3 months, for roll-up prints, walls on plastics used indoors - 6 months. Carrying bags are not covered by the warranty.
  4. Warranty protection extends to the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  5. The risk of damage, destruction or loss of the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the place of delivery or upon handing over the goods to the Customer in the case of personal collection
  6. Emtigo Sp. z o. o. bears no liability for defects resulting from unauthorized, inadvisable or inappropriate use, intentional damage, negligence, incorrect working conditions, failure to comply with Emtigo Sp. instructions. z o. o. (oral or written), alterations or repairs of goods performed by third parties without the consent of Emtigo Sp. z o. o. and for defects arising after the risk has passed to the Customer.
  7. The customer is obliged to notify Emtigo Sp. z o. o. about the defect of the goods using the complaint form (available on the website ………………………) with a detailed description of the defects no later than the third day after the date of delivery of the goods or no later than on the third day after the date of disclosure of the defect, when it came to light later. If the above deadlines are not met, the Customer's warranty claims related to the defect expire.
  8. The complained goods should be sent back to Emtigo Sp. z o. o. in the original packaging and secured with cardboard, in a condition enabling safe transport. The returned goods should be appropriately marked with the code indicated by the Seller. The Seller will be informed about the return date two days in advance. Goods that are not properly secured and marked will not be accepted by the Company and will be sent back at the Customer's expense.
  9. The defective goods are sent at the Customer's expense, and if the complaint is accepted, it will be refunded (by correcting the cost from the sales invoice by the amount incurred by the Customer supported by a copy of the Customer's cost invoice). The cost of returning the complained goods should be the cost of standard shipping, Emtigo Sp. z o. o. does not cover the costs of express shipments in complaint procedures. If the complaint is not accepted, the transport costs will be charged to the Customer.
  10. Emtigo Sp. z o. o. allows for the possibility of considering complaints based on photo documentation sent electronically, without the need to return the goods. The decision on the method of consideration rests with the sales administrator.
  11. If the Customer finds defects in the goods, he may not take any action using them until the complaint procedure is finally completed.
  12. If the goods turn out to be defective, Jord Ewa Czyzewska, at its own discretion, will provide the Customer with defect-free goods in place of the defective goods or remove the defect, unless, in consultation with m, the price for the defective goods is reduced by Emtigo Sp. z o. o. in proportion to existing and documented defects of the goods.
  13. Delivery of defect-free goods or removal of the defect will take place as soon as possible, taking into account the nature and essence of the defect and the possible need to import defect-free goods or spare parts for repair from abroad. About the date Emtigo Sp. z o. o. will notify the Buyer immediately after determining the nature of the defect. The maximum deadline for satisfying a complaint cannot exceed 30 business days.
  14. Delivery of defect-free goods is carried out at the expense of Emtigo Sp. z o. o. to the Buyer's office by standard delivery. Express shipping is possible after the Buyer pays the difference in price between standard and express shipping. It is possible to ship to another address indicated by the Buyer, provided that the cost does not exceed the cost of shipping to the Buyer's registered office.
  15. To submit a complaint, it is required to present proof of purchase of the goods.
  16. The complaint procedure does not release the Buyer from the obligation to pay for the goods within the deadline specified in the sales document.
  17. The buyer is not entitled to compensation, among others: for lost profit resulting from the implementation of the complaint procedure.
